DANN - PATIENT: My name is Dann Vale [phonetic] and I came to Dr. Caldwell's office because I had some problems that I needed dealing with that were way overdue. They had insurance compatibility with my provider, so I happened to their door. I've used both Ty and Sue in the past. Right now, Sue is the one doing the Invisalign care and doing teeth maintenance. I was very scared initially; I know I was a hard personality to deal with. They realized I wasn't scared and upset with them--I was just scared and upset at my own teeth. Right now I'm about halfway through the process, and what I've noticed is--you know, it's my mouth, my tongue. It's liberating for adults. And when you think about the inevitableness of taking trays and subsequently changing--you know, slightly molding your teeth--it just makes sense. Why nobody thought of this 60 years ago, I don't know, but I'm sure glad they thought of it. I recommend Ty and Sue Caldwell to all of my friends and coworkers all the time. They're extremely personal and accommodating, and they really do care about you, because it's a core value of theirs. They really do believe it, so why would you go anywhere else?
