Dental Lab

Our dental lab lets us fabricate dental prosthetics, including porcelain veneers and dental crowns, in-house. Not only does this shorten the amount of time required for treatment, it also allows us increased precision and customization. We are dedicated to patient care at our Orange County, California dental practice.

DR. TY CALDWELL: Currently, we use an excellent dental lab, and the dental lab is the people that the patient doesn't usually see, but they're terribly important to the success of the case. Often, I feel guilty delivering the beautiful dentistry that we deliver and not having the dental lab here standing behind me, because they are the unsung heroes. So these guys have training completely different than the dentist does, and yet often I'll see our lab at the same course that I take, whether it be for implants or cosmetic dentistry. They're on top of the restorative materials and all the properties of that, and the technology that they have at their lab is unsurpassed. In fact, our dental lab has a machine that has just been delivered as the first one on the West Coast. This technology is going to grow in the future, as well. So we're very proud of our guys at the lab as well, and I wish every patient could meet them. Every patient that comes into our office, we treat like we would treat ourselves, and I have of course treated my family and friends. So all of the materials that we use are the top-quality--in fact, all of the materials that we use come with little stickers of authenticity, which we'll put in your chart. Our lab sends us that. So we use a lab that's just absolutely superior. Of course it costs more to do that, but the patients need to know that they're getting the best that they can get through our office.
