BOTOX® treatment involves the use of a prescription medication that is injected into the facial muscles, particularly those around the brows. When facial muscles contract, they cause wrinkles, lines, and folds in the skin. BOTOX® injections relax muscles by inhibiting the natural nerve impulses responsible for such lines. The entire treatment is safe, relatively painless, and quick - usually taking only 10 to 20 minutes. Our patients are very satisfied with their younger, fresher appearance after BOTOX® treatment.
